How you’ll make an impact

 

 

As Finance Manager, you’ll take ownership of core finance operations, lead a small but high-performing team, and ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial information across the group.

 

  • Manage and develop the transactional finance team

  • Review and approve payment runs and bank reconciliations

  • Onboard new suppliers and oversee bank detail verification

  • Prepare and review Group-wide balance sheet reconciliations

  • Manage intercompany transactions and monthly recharges

  • Maintain fixed asset schedules and monthly prepayments/accruals

  • Produce monthly P&L commentary and variance analysis

  • Support year-end audit processes and liaise with external auditors

  • Maintain key internal compliance registers

  • Drive continuous improvement across finance operations and controls

  • Document finance processes and support ad hoc projects

  • AAT qualified (or equivalent)

  • Experience in financial accounting or general ledger roles

  • Confident managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Naturally curious with a process improvement mindset

  • Audit experience and/or experience in a tech or fast-moving environment is a bonus
