How you’ll make an impact
You’ll take the lead on the strategy, delivery and support of Oracle EPM Tax Reporting Cloud Services (TRCS) and Account Reconciliation Cloud Services (ARCS), ensuring they are configured for performance, accuracy, and scalability. Acting as the go-to expert across TRCS, ARCS, and other Oracle EPM solutions, you’ll work closely with finance leaders and global technology teams to optimise and futureproof reporting and reconciliation systems.
- Own the strategy and stability of Oracle EPM TRCS & ARCS systems
- Deliver efficient, compliant, and scalable tax and reconciliation solutions
- Lead system implementation and enhancement projects across the full lifecycle
- Collaborate with senior finance and technology stakeholders globally
- Manage integrations, system configurations and issue resolution
- Maintain strong internal controls, audit trails and data integrity
- Drive proactive troubleshooting and preventative system improvements
- Support release planning, testing, and delivery for all updates and enhancements
- Maintain documentation, including the finance systems playbook, to support change and training

You’re a hands-on Oracle EPM specialist with a track record of leading end-to-end implementations and optimising tax and reconciliation solutions. You combine technical know-how with the confidence to lead complex change, guide stakeholders, and maintain operational excellence.
- Deep knowledge of Oracle EPM – particularly TRCS and ARCS
- Oracle Certified Professional (or equivalent experience)
- Background in IT, Finance, or related field
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud and its application in a finance environment
- Comfortable working in large, matrixed organisations with global teams
