How You’ll Make an Impact

In this unique Business Support Manager opportunity, you will report to the Head of Business Support (HBS) and play a key role in providing efficient and accurate contract production and administration support across multiple workstreams. You will manage and prioritise a varied workload while ensuring high-quality outputs and adherence to legal and governance processes.

Main Responsibilities

• Contractual Documentation:

  • Produce Pre-Construction Service Agreements and variations as required.

  • Generate and manage consultants’ appointment letters and variations.

  • Produce and oversee Access Agreements and Delivery Agreements.

  • Assist with the production and management of Building Contracts.

  • Draft and manage collateral warranties to completion.

• Governance & Legal Liaison:

  • Support the Head of Business Support in reviewing and finalising amendments to contract documents.

  • Liaise with external legal advisors to agree on contractual changes.

  • Ensure compliance with internal governance procedures and project approval checkpoints.

• Project Support & Administration:

  • Manage supply chain insurance documentation.

  • Coordinate post-build assessments and usage reports.

  • Attend project meetings via Microsoft Teams as required.

  • Undertake additional projects or administrative duties as needed.

• Confident in escalating contractual queries or inconsistencies.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat (desirable).

• Experience using contract or document management software (desirable).
