Finance Operations Manager
Core3 are delighted to partner with a global media platform business to recruit a Finance Operations Manager opportunity in Central London. £60,000-£70,000 plus great benefits hybrid working.

The Finance Operations Manager will lead day-to-day transactional finance across multiple markets. You'll be managing a team across the UK and Internationally, ensuring best-in-class performance across Accounts Payable, Receivable, Credit Control, and Payroll.

You'll play a key part in driving financial excellence across a portfolio of brands known for creativity, pace, and global reach. As the go-to expert for finance operations, you'll have real autonomy to shape how things are done, while collaborating closely with senior leaders across finance, operations, and commercial teams.
What you’ll be responsible for
Leadership & Team Development
• Manage and develop a team across AP, AR, credit control and payroll functions
• Set clear goals, support performance development, and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Operational Oversight
• Ensure the timely and accurate posting of all financial transactions in the ERP system (AIQ), within three working days of month-end
• Manage monthly payroll operations and support the finance controller with ERP integration
• Review and authorise supplier payments, ensuring compliance and efficiency
• Maintain a strong grip on cash collection – ensuring receipts are received on time and aligned to terms
Process & System Improvements
• Identify inefficiencies across finance operations and implement system/process improvements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve finance literacy and reporting transparency
• Ensure strong internal controls and support audit readiness across all entities
Strategic Projects
• Support the UK audit process and drive integration of other brands into the operations remit
• Act as a key liaison between operational finance and senior leadership, providing updates, insights, and recommendations
