Job Description
Senior FP&A Analyst (Revenue)
Core3 are delighted to partner with a fast growth, Private Equity backed hospitality business to appoint a Senior FP&A Analyst on a hybrid contract offering £85,000-£95,000 + 15% Bonus.
Why join our client?
Our client is a fast growth global hospitality business based in the greater London area, currently with less than 500 employees but huge ambition and already a global footprint (UK, Europe and US).
Our client is in scaleup mode with a high pedigree Private Equity partnership and very impressive revenue growth.
The company are big advocates of an inclusive culture and ensure that both personal and professional development is on offer at all levels in the business.
How you’ll make an impact
Our client is looking for a Senior Finance Analyst with “a thirst for data”.
An FP&A Analyst who can get the right insight/story from large data sets and take that to the commercial teams (think sales, digital marketing and offline marketing) and make the appropriate changes happen. You will need to roll up your sleeves, build the models, test the hypothesis AND drive that change as well.
This role is about best-practice top line revenue reporting and forecasting. There are three parts to this role:
- Standard monthly reporting; actuals vs business plan
- Taking insight from that to feed into forecast to improve accuracy
- Get really into the value-add – better understand and shape their pricing strategy and how to optimise profitability. Producing ad hoc business cases and repeatable templates for decision models and visualisation of data through Power BI.
Why our client is excited about you
Our client is looking for someone with a strong academic background and sess themselves as a hybrid between finance and tech (data).
You could come from the hospitality industry, FP&A in another B2C business, a commercial role in the Big 4, an Investment Banking or Private Equity role. It’s all about the experience you have interpreting data and using visualisation tools and infographics to communicate that data to drive results.
- Experience interpreting large data sets
- Proven track record partnering Revenue and Commercial teams in a B2C environment
- High proficiency with data visualisation tools (likely Power BI, Tableau, Cognos TM1)
- Financial literacy – whether as an Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or Senior Data Analyst embedded in, or working with the finance team/function
- Strong interpersonal skills – you will be creating the insight/dashboards AND driving the change
What you’ll get in return
My client has created an incredible culture. Their whole ethos is redefining hospitality and creating amazing, inclusive spaces to work, stay and socialise.
Their culture is about being honest and transparent, so trust is paramount, and to me it’s the best of both worlds; a PE-backed environment on a fast-growth trajectory but the feel of a company that hasn’t forgotten its Purpose and puts people, impact and sustainability at its core.
- £85,000-£95,000
- 15% Bonus
- Excellent Benefits
- Hybrid & Flexible working options.
- Location – Central London (with the option to work from their 10+ London sites)
We invite applications from all qualified candidates who believe they meet the requirements of the role, whilst supporting and promoting equality and diversity to create an inclusive working environment for all.
