Finance Manager

Core3 is delighted to partner with a fast-growing FinTech business based in Central London to recruit a Finance Manager. This is a brilliant opportunity for a qualified accountant (ACA,ACCA Audit trained) with a strong technical background who’s looking to broaden their commercial exposure and step into a role with a clear progression path to Financial Controller.

How you’ll make an impact

This is a pivotal role connecting operational finance with strategic reporting. You’ll lead on financial controls, reporting and consolidation, while playing an important role in wider business decision-making and performance analysis.

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Manage group consolidation and ensure accurate elimination across global entities

• Maintain strong financial control through robust reconciliations and month-end processes

• Support the external audit process and manage relationships with auditors

• Liaise with the Head of Tax and ensure accurate and timely compliance and filings

• Monitor cash flow and partner with FP&A on cost control and performance

• Develop the control environment, improving systems and processes across finance

• Collaborate on procurement and ROI analysis for key commercial decisions

• Partner closely with the Financial Controller and senior leadership across the business

• ACA, ACCA qualified with a solid foundation from audit or practice (Big 4 background ideal)

• Experience in a similar finance role within a scale-up, fintech, or SaaS-like environment

• Strong technical accounting knowledge with attention to detail and accuracy

• Comfortable managing end-to-end finance responsibilities and month-end close

• Commercially aware and confident communicating with non-finance stakeholders

• Proficient in Excel; NetSuite and Salesforce experience a bonus

• Curious, proactive and excited to help shape the future of a growing finance function

• £65,000 - £75,000 base salary
