Billing Assistant

Core3 are delighted to partner with a market-leading professional services business to recruit a Billing Assistant in Bristol on a 12 month fixed-term contract. £35,000 p.a. plus benefits & hybrid working.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Review, edit and process bills and credit notes in line with firm policies and client requirements, ensuring “right first time” accuracy.

  • Manage a portfolio of centrally billed and eBilling clients, delivering timely and precise submissions.

  • Maintain billing and charge-rate data within the practice management system.

  • Respond to billing queries and partner with legal teams to resolve complex invoicing needs.

  • Ensure full compliance with VAT legislation, regulatory accounts rules and AML requirements.

  • Support continuous process improvement, including testing and implementation of new billing systems.
