Why join our client?

This international tech business is at the forefront of innovation and digital transformation, with operations spanning multiple continents and a strong UK presence. Known for their collaborative culture and investment in people.

This is an ideal opportunity for a newly qualified accountant (ACA) or someone making their 2nd move in industry to join a dynamic, fast-paced group finance function. You’ll gain exposure to complex technical reporting, global operations, and senior stakeholders, all while being supported by a high-calibre team.

How you’ll make an impact

You’ll be a key member of the Group Finance team, responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial reporting to support strategic decision-making.

  • Prepare and consolidate monthly management accounts for the Group.

  • Support the production of statutory accounts in line with IFRS.

  • Partner with finance teams across international entities to ensure consistency and compliance.

  • Assist with the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors.

  • Support the delivery of technical accounting papers for senior leadership and audit committee review.

  • Help implement and improve group reporting processes and controls.

  • Get involved in ad-hoc projects including acquisitions, system improvements, and reporting enhancements.

Why our client is excited about you

You’re a confident, technically strong accountant (ideally ACA qualified) who thrives in a global, high-performance environment. You bring both attention to detail and a collaborative mindset, with the ambition to grow into broader finance roles over time.

  • ACA qualified (Top 10 practice preferred), or equivalent.

  • Strong grounding in IFRS and statutory reporting.

  • Experience in audit or financial reporting within a complex, multi-entity environment.

  • Proactive communicator with the ability to work across international teams.

  • Eager to learn and get involved in varied financial and business projects.

What you’ll get in return

This is a brilliant first or second move into industry with a global tech company committed to developing talent. Benefits for this Group Financial Reporting Accountant role include:

  • Competitive salary + bonus

  • Hybrid working (3 days in the office)

  • Excellent learning and progression opportunities

  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays

  • Private healthcare & enhanced pension

  • International exposure and cross-functional collaboration
