Group Financial Reporting Accountant

Winnersh │ £55k – £70k + bonus + benefits │ Hybrid working (3 days in the office)

Core3 are exclusively partnering with a global technology leader to recruit a Group Financial Reporting Accountant based in their Winnersh office.

This is an ideal opportunity for a newly qualified accountant (ACA) or someone making their 2nd move in industry to join a dynamic, fast-paced group finance function. You’ll gain exposure to complex technical reporting, global operations, and senior stakeholders, all while being supported by a high-calibre team.

How you’ll make an impact

You’ll be a key member of the Group Finance team, responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial reporting to support strategic decision-making.

• Prepare and consolidate monthly management accounts for the Group.

• Support the production of statutory accounts in line with IFRS.

• Partner with finance teams across international entities to ensure consistency and compliance.

• Assist with the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors.

• Support the delivery of technical accounting papers for senior leadership and audit committee review.

• Help implement and improve group reporting processes and controls.

• Get involved in ad-hoc projects including acquisitions, system improvements, and reporting enhancements.

• ACA qualified (Top 10 practice preferred), or equivalent.
