Job Description
FP&A Manager | £65,000–£75,000 | Remote (UK) + 2 days per month in London | Permanent
Ideally, we are looking for
A commercially sharp, data-led FP&A professional who thrives in a PE-backed, international environment with high investor scrutiny.
You will operate at a senior manager level in capability, comfortable supporting detailed board reporting, handling complex datasets, and stepping into high-expectation environments quickly. This role suits someone who combines strong modelling expertise with confident stakeholder engagement across multiple countries.
Exposure to PE-style board packs, KPI-heavy reporting, and demanding investor environments is important. Qualification is welcomed but not essential — strength of capability is the priority.
Why join our client
We are supporting a private equity-backed, international business operating across multiple territories within a specialist global services model. The organisation has a recurring revenue base and a strong international footprint, creating a commercially rich and analytically demanding environment.
The investor landscape is highly inquisitive, with detailed board packs (40–50+ pages) and deep KPI scrutiny. The business is in a growth phase and investing heavily in strengthening its financial planning capability to support its next stage of scale.
This is a high-exposure role, offering meaningful interaction with senior leadership, international stakeholders, and investors in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
How you’ll make an impact
Lead and support quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes across multiple countries
Deliver detailed recurring revenue analysis (churn, upsell, downsell) and territory-level performance insight
Support production of KPI-heavy board packs and investor reporting
Build and enhance robust financial models for scenario planning and long-range forecasting
Turn large, multi-source datasets into clear, actionable commercial insight
Partner with senior operational stakeholders, providing challenge and guidance
Improve and automate reporting processes (Power BI, Datarails and related systems)
Design scalable FP&A processes suitable for an international, PE-backed group
Why you’re a great fit
Essential
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or strong QBE with demonstrable capability
Strong FP&A experience within multi-entity or international environments
Advanced Excel modelling skills
Hands-on experience building dashboards and working with BI tools
Comfortable operating under PE-style investor scrutiny
Confident presenting insight and handling board-level questioning
Strong data manipulation skills across multiple data sources
Desirable
Exposure to recurring or subscription-style revenue models
Experience supporting M&A, integration, or transformation projects
Experience improving or automating reporting processes
What you’ll get in return
Salary £65,000–£75,000
Fully remote working within the UK, 2 days per month in London
Expectation of approximately 2 days per month in London (with flexibility during forecast cycles)
Private healthcare, life insurance and enhanced holiday
Participation in equity-related incentive scheme
Exposure to an ambitious, international PE-backed growth story
