Finance Manager

Core3 is delighted to be working with a purpose-led organisation based near Wiltshire to recruit a Finance Manager to join their growing finance department.

As Finance Manager (Treasury) in Wiltshire, you’ll have real ownership of cash, funding, and working capital, with regular exposure to senior leadership. How you’ll make an impact

• Deliver daily cash forecasting with clear, reliable insight for decision making
• Improve short and long-term cash flow forecasting processes across the business
• Ensure all sales-related cash flows are accurately reflected in forecasts
• Communicate cash positions clearly and align supplier payment runs with stakeholders
• Oversee funding of stock and purchases, ensuring appropriate facilities are in place
• Submit accurate and timely information to funding partners and external stakeholders
• Provide clear treasury reporting and analysis to support senior leadership decisions
• Partner with transaction teams to ensure processes support accurate cash forecasting
• Support financial modelling and analysis alongside the senior finance team
• Work with operational teams to identify and deliver working capital improvements

Why you’re a great fit

Essential

• You’ll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) or qualified by experience
• Proven experience in a Treasury Manager or Finance Manager role with strong cash flow forecasting
• Strong analytical skills with experience in management accounts, budgeting, and forecasting
• Confident working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision making
• Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail
• Able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

Desirable

• Experience with stock financing, invoice discounting, or similar funding structures
• Experience improving working capital and cash visibility in a complex environment
• Exposure to finance systems and process improvement

• £60,000–£70,000 salary + bonus
• Hybrid working (2–3 days in the Wiltshire office)
