Core3 is delighted to be supporting a forward-thinking and data-driven organisation in the search for a Senior Reporting Analyst to join their Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced analyst with a passion for data, accuracy, and client service.

How you'll make an impact


The Senior Reporting Analyst will play a key role within the FP&A team, delivering timely and accurate client financial reports. You’ll be a go-to person for streamlining reporting processes, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring data integrity across complex reporting cycles.

 

  • Prepare and deliver complex client reports with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness
  • Improve and document existing reporting processes to drive consistency and efficiency
  • Support the implementation of bespoke client Management Information (MI)
  • Interpret client reporting requirements and translate them into actionable outputs
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as IT Developers to enhance reporting tools
  • Provide data insights and analysis to support key business decisions
  • Champion accuracy in data reporting and play a key role in data improvement initiatives

  • Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to spot inconsistencies and reduce errors
  • Proficient in Excel, with advanced skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX(MATCH), HLOOKUP, and SUMIFS
  • Strong data visualisation skills - ideally with experience in Power BI or similar tools
  • Excellent communicator who can explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced reporting environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with both clients and internal teams
