Office Based near Euston London!

 

Core3 are delighted to be working with a rapidly growing tech scale-up in Central London to recruit a Finance Manager. £65,000–£80,000 plus excellent benefits.

This role is ideal for an audit-trained finance professional looking for their first or second move into industry, who enjoys getting hands-on but also wants exposure to strategy and growth.

 

 

How you’ll make an impact

 

You’ll take ownership of core finance processes while building out best-in-class practices as the company scales. Reporting directly into the CFO, you’ll gain exposure to management accounts, group reporting, and business partnering across a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

 

 

What you’ll be responsible for

 

Financial Management

 

  • Prepare and review monthly management accounts

  • Support group reporting under IFRS (international exposure)

  • Oversee monthly close and key finance processes

 

 

Business Partnering

 

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business

  • Provide insights to support decision-making and growth plans

 

 

Systems & Processes

 

  • Get hands-on with systems, ideally NetSuite

  • Help implement improved processes and internal controls

 

 

Strategic Exposure

 

  • Work directly with the CFO on strategic initiatives

  • Contribute to building a finance function fit for rapid international growth
