Core3 are delighted to be working with a rapidly growing tech scale-up in Central London to recruit a Management Accountant. £40,000–£55,000 plus full study support and excellent benefits.

The Management Accountant will play a key role in the day-to-day finance function, getting hands-on with month-end and management accounts while developing analytical skills and business partnering exposure. Reporting directly into an impressive CFO, this role comes with the rare opportunity to gain direct mentorship in a 200% YoY growth business.

 

This is the perfect move for a part-qualified accountant or recently qualified candidate (either straight from practice or with some industry experience) looking to make an impact in a fast-paced, scaling company.

 

 

How you’ll make an impact

 

You’ll take ownership of core month-end processes while developing new skills in reporting, analysis, and partnering. With the business scaling rapidly, you’ll gain exposure to international reporting, IFRS, and exciting projects to improve systems and processes.

 

 

What you’ll be responsible for

 

Month-End & Reporting

 

  • Prepare and deliver timely management accounts

  • Support accruals, prepayments, and journals

  • Assist with statutory and group reporting under IFRS

 

 

Analysis & Business Partnering

 

  • Provide insights and commentary on performance

  • Support commercial decision-making with data and analysis

 

 

Process & Systems

 

  • Work hands-on with finance systems (NetSuite desirable)

  • Help improve month-end processes as the company scales

 

 

Development Opportunities

 

  • Gain mentorship from the CFO and wider finance team

  • Build experience across financial and management accounting, reporting, and analysis
