Senior Management Accountant | PE-backed SaaS Scale-Up | Covent Garden (Hybrid - 2 days in office) | £60,000 to £65,000
Working exclusively with a PE-backed SaaS business hiring a Senior Management Accountant to work directly with a highly regarded CFO as the company continues to scale.
This is a broad, hands-on role in a lean finance team, offering exposure well beyond traditional management accounting. You’ll be close to leadership and involved across month end, operational finance and commercial insight, helping the CFO build a smarter, more efficient finance function.
The business is highly tech-driven, with a real focus on automation, smarter systems and using AI to improve how finance operates and supports decision making.
What you’ll be doing
• Supporting month-end close and management reporting
• Producing KPI and performance reporting for leadership
• Supporting operational finance, including systems and spend platforms
• Providing commercial insight across projects, margins and performance
• Improving reporting tools, dashboards and finance processes
• Working closely with the CFO on analysis and business performance
What we’re looking for
• ACCA or CIMA qualified
• Background in SaaS, tech, consulting or project-led environments
• Strong management accounting, analysis and KPI reporting experience
• Comfortable operating in a hands-on scale-up environment
• Exposure to project accounting, project finance or time-tracked revenue models is a strong plus
• Tech-savvy, with an interest in automation and how AI can improve finance processes
Details
• £60,000 to £65,000 salary
• Hybrid working – 2 days per week in Covent Garden
• Reporting directly to a high-calibre CFO
• Ideally looking for someone with less than 3 months’ notice
