Finance Implementation Lead (Permanent Role)
£70,000 – £80,000
London (Hybrid working)
We’re partnering with a private equity-backed, fast-growth, multi-site business based in London, currently scaling rapidly through acquisition and investing heavily in building a best-in-class finance function.
This is a newly created role, sitting close to the CFO, focused on driving finance transformation, systems implementation, and integration of newly acquired entities into a centralised group finance function .
The opportunity
This role is all about making finance scalable as the business grows.
You’ll be responsible for:

Leading the integration of newly acquired entities into the group finance systems

Driving finance systems implementation, optimisation, and automation

Standardising processes, controls, and reporting across multiple sites

Owning a portfolio of finance and cross-functional projects end-to-end

Acting as a key bridge between Finance, Operations, IT, and senior leadership
What we’re looking for

Proven experience in finance systems implementation / transformation roles

Strong understanding of core finance processes (AP, AR, GL, payroll)

Experience in a multi-entity, acquisitive, or high-growth environment
- ACCA/ACA/CIMA Qualified

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Hands-on, delivery-focused mindset, someone who can get into the detail and make things happen
