Assistant Management Accountant
Core3 is partnering with a fast-growing international consumer business to recruit an Assistant Management Accountant, based in Bath. As an Assistant Management Accountant, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business, helping improve financial reporting, strengthen processes, and support day-to-day finance operations.

How you’ll make an impact
- Prepare and post monthly journals to support accurate management accounts
- Review invoices and financial data to ensure accuracy before posting into the finance system
- Support month-end reporting processes and ensure deadlines are met
- Partner with teams across the business to understand operational and financial drivers
- Assist with indirect tax reporting and compliance activities
- Help improve the quality and accuracy of financial reporting and underlying ledgers
- Support finance systems and process improvement initiatives
- Analyse financial data using Excel and reporting tools
- Contribute to continuous improvement across finance processes and controls
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across the business
Why you’re a great fit
- Experience within an Assistant Management Accountant or similar finance role
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part-qualified
- Exposure to month-end reporting and indirect tax processes
- Experience supporting process improvement initiatives
What you’ll get in return
- Salary £35,000–£40,000
- Bonus scheme
- Hybrid working, 2 days a week
