Reporting Analyst
Core3 is partnering with a growing business to recruit a Reporting Analyst opportunity in the Bristol area.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing reporting and finance operations team within a large international environment, supporting the development, automation, and delivery of reporting across multiple business areas.
The role offers strong exposure to reporting tools, finance systems, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement, making it ideal for someone with a reporting, finance, or data-focused background.

As a Reporting Analyst, you’ll work closely with finance and operational stakeholders across the business, helping improve reporting quality, automate processes, and support better use of data across the wider organisation.
You’ll join a collaborative environment with exposure to international operations, evolving systems, and ongoing process improvement initiatives.
How you’ll make an impact
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reporting across the business
- Support reporting automation and process improvement initiatives
- Manage reporting refreshes and data interfaces
- Help improve the quality, consistency, and accuracy of reporting outputs
- Support the development and enhancement of reporting tools and processes
- Work closely with finance and operational teams to understand reporting requirements
- Assist with reporting solutions for new and evolving business areas
- Support stakeholders with reporting interpretation and data analysis
- Help improve efficiency through standardised reporting processes
- Contribute to wider reporting and systems improvement projects

- Experience within reporting, finance, systems, or data-focused roles
- Strong Excel and analytical capability
- Comfortable working with large data sets and reporting tools
- Interest in reporting automation and process improvement
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Positive and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience within finance or shared services environments would be beneficial
- Exposure to ERP systems, reporting platforms, or BI tools would be advantageous
