E-Billing Assistant | £29,500 | Bristol (Hybrid) | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Based in Bristol, you'll join a collaborative finance team where your contribution is valued, your development is supported, and you'll receive ongoing training to help you grow your commercial and technical skills throughout this 12-month fixed-term contract.
How you'll make an impact
As the E-Billing Assistant, you'll help keep billing operations accurate, efficient and compliant by:
- Process credit notes and write-offs accurately and on time.
- Update billing rates and revalue work in progress (WIP).
- Raise and issue invoices in line with client requirements.
- Upload invoices through a range of e-billing portals.
- Maintain accurate billing records within the finance system.
- Support billing administration and resolve incoming requests.
- Help improve billing processes during a major systems implementation.
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver excellent financial administration.

Essential
- Experience working in a fast-paced office or finance administration role.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Confident communicator with a collaborative approach.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and solve problems independently.
Desirable
- Experience using finance or banking software.
- Knowledge of e-billing processes or invoice management.
- Understanding of SRA Accounts Rules.
