Senior Management Accountant
Core3 is delighted to be working with an established not-for-profit organisation in Bristol to recruit a Senior Management Accountant.

You’ll also have scope to develop your leadership experience, support colleagues across the finance team and play a part in improving systems, processes and controls.
How you’ll make an impact
- Work with stakeholders across the organisation to improve financial understanding
- Deliver clear management reporting and explain the story behind the numbers
- Support budgeting and forecasting activity across the organisation
- Take ownership of key areas of the month-end process
- Review financial performance and highlight risks, trends and areas for action
- Strengthen financial controls and improve the quality of accounting information
- Support year-end preparation and external audit requirements
- Identify opportunities to simplify reporting and improve finance processes
- Contribute to systems improvements and better use of financial data
- Support and develop colleagues within the finance team
Why you’re a great fit
- Qualified or finalist accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Strong background in management accounting and financial reporting
- Confident preparing and interpreting management information
- Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting and financial control
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Able to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders
- Comfortable managing priorities and working to deadlines
- Interested in process improvement and finding better ways of working
- Keen to broaden your leadership and people management experience
- Collaborative, practical and confident taking ownership

- £50,000–£55,000 salary
