As an Accounts Payable Team Leader based in Chipping Sodbury, you'll lead a multilingual team delivering high-quality accounts payable services across several international locations. How you'll make an impact

• Lead, coach and develop an Accounts Payable team processing high volumes of transactions.
• Ensure accurate and timely invoice processing, supplier payments and purchase-to-pay activities.
• Monitor performance against SLAs and promote a right-first-time approach.
• Support the resolution of complex accounts payable queries and escalations.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Improve accounts payable processes by identifying efficiencies and reducing recurring issues.
• Carry out root cause analysis and implement practical process improvements.
• Share knowledge, deliver training and strengthen team capability.
• Champion continuous improvement across finance operations.

Why you're a great fit

Essential

• Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience leading an Accounts Payable, shared services or transactional finance team.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable, invoice processing and supplier management.
• Experience working within SLA-driven environments.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience coaching, developing and motivating team members.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Desirable

• Experience working within an international shared service environment.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and finance systems.
