Audit Director/ Partner- Step Up

Core3 are working exclusively with a fantastic regional firm based in the Southwest. Due to impressive levels of growth, they are now seeking to recruit an Audit Director or Partner who will be instrumental in the development of the team and take responsibility for networking and business development.

How you'll make an impact

As an Audit Director/ Partner, you will play a pivotal role in developing business, the team and taking an active role in networking events.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the audit practice.
  • Identify opportunities for new business development and cross-selling of services.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the audit team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other directors and partners to ensure cohesive and integrated service delivery across the firm.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored audit solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and sign off on audit reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high-quality deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and monitor effective quality control procedures and risk management practices.
  • Mentor and develop audit staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Promote a collaborative and supportive work environment, encouraging professional growth and development.
