Core3 are delighted to partner with a global SaaS scale-up (currently under £10mill ARR) to appoint a COO.

 

Offering £120,000-£150,000 + Bonus + Equity

Remote, with fortnightly f2f meetings in the SouthWest

How you’ll make an impact

This is a brand-new role reporting to CEO/Owner.

The role requires you to own the execution of the companywide strategy, focusing on growth (including international expansion), customer retention and operational efficiency.

The owners are looking to Exit in the next 2-3 years so as well as accelerating growth, the right person will bring a clear understanding of what ‘good’ looks like in a smaller SaaS business and will provide continuity post Exit as the new CEO.

 

 

Why our client is excited about you

Our client is looking for someone with a very strong understanding of the SaaS landscape, likely moving from a sub £50mill ARR SaaS business wanting to play an integral role helping the business scale. The right COO for this role will have:

 

- A proven track record managing Sales and Marketing functions, before becoming involved in wider business operations in a SaaS startup / scale-up

- Experience working with B2B / Enterprise SaaS products and/or platforms

- Confidence setting business-wide OKRs and driving adoption

- Evidence of managing remote/hybrid teams effectively

- A desire to progress into a CEO role

- Previously navigated or supported an Exit/Sale (desirable)
