Job Description

Partnership Manager

Core3 are working exclusively to recruit a Growth Partnership Manager on behalf of one of the UK’s fastest-growing Cleantech scaleups (revenue growth of 5X in 12 months).

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a proven partnerships channel and help scale it into a major commercial driver.

Why join this business?

My client is a market-first solution, formally recognised as one of the fastest growing startups in Europe.

Supported by a healthy relationship with their Private Equity partner, they are currently around £30mill t/o having 5X their revenue in the last 12 months. The target is to achieve another 5X growth in the next 12.

They have over £1bn+ in their current sales pipeline and a powerful partner ecosystem in place, including over 50 signed partners and a huge opportunity to continue building this out.

Having placed the two people that this role reports into, I can say with absolute confidence that this is a business that cares about their people, rewards results, prioritises attitude over experience, and creates a safe environment for development.

How you’ll make an impact

Reporting into the Head of Partnerships with a dotted line into the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), the Growth Partnership Manager will focus on converting “warm” partnerships into quotes, signed deals and recognised revenue.

You’ll work at the centre of the Growth team, alongside growth marketing, corporate development, and RevOps.

The role will require you to:

  • Take ownership of day-to-day workflows across 50+ signed partners, managing deal flow, quoting, onboarding, and activation.
  • Own Tier 2+ partner relationships end-to-end, running cadences, surfacing new commercial volume, and driving accountability.
  • Work with the CSO and Head of Partnerships on larger enterprise or co-sell deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing to deliver sales toolkits, enablement content, and pipeline support that helps partners convert.
  • Identify and activate new partner types.
  • Use HubSpot and PartnerOS to track performance, manage action, and maintain pipeline visibility.
  • Escalate blockers fast (pricing issues, quoting delays, or underperforming partners) and take pride in unblocking the system and creating new processes where they’re currently underdeveloped.

Why this role is right for you

The pipeline is there. The partners are signed. The system is built. What’s needed now is a sharp, structured, and relentless Growth Partnerships Manager to make it deliver at scale.

In my opinion, this is the perfect role for someone who’s already owned commercial partnerships or channel revenue (perhaps you’ve built out a sales channel from scratch) and want more accountability, more action, and more impact.

This role is for someone who thrives in execution, understands the difference between activity and outcomes, and wants to grow into a senior commercial or Partner Lead role within the next 12–24 months.

The experience I would expect:

  • You’ve spent 4–8 years in partner management, commercial delivery, or channel sales. Ideally in a fast growth tech startup or scaleup, ideally with a SaaS, CleanTech, or energy/sustainability solution.
  • You know how to work a pipeline, drive cadences, and get commercial volume moving.
  • You’ve operated inside a fast-growth business (Series A to C ideally) and understand what structured chaos feels like.
  • You’re confident with CRM (HubSpot ideal) and have worked across multiple workflows, channels, and reporting streams.
  • You can balance supporting larger enterprise deals with chasing smaller partners for consistent, repeatable volume.
  • You’re commercially sharp, data-literate, and bring a strong sense of ownership to your work.

What you’ll get in return

  • Basic salary £65,000 - £75,000 + Attractive Commission
  • Clear pathway to for progression – mostly likely is to Head of Partnerships. Note the company have doubled headcount in the last 12 months and progression doesn’t have to be linear.
  • Hybrid working with a lot of flex. Expect 1-2 days onsite p/w (HQ in Central London)
  • A fast-paced, impact-led culture with autonomy and visibility
  • Continuous learning, mentorship and stretch project opportunities
