Senior Finance Transformation Manager

Core3 is partnering with a large international organisation to recruit a Senior Finance Transformation Manager opportunity in Bristol.

This is a senior finance transformation role within a growing environment, offering the opportunity to lead large-scale process improvement, operational transformation, and automation initiatives across multiple countries and finance functions.

As a Senior Finance Transformation Manager, you’ll work closely with senior finance leadership, operational stakeholders, and digital teams to redesign processes, improve controls, and help shape future operating models across the wider business.

This role offers genuine visibility and influence, with the opportunity to lead strategic finance transformation initiatives that will have a measurable impact across international operations.

How you’ll make an impact

• Lead end-to-end finance transformation and process improvement initiatives across multiple countries and functions
• Redesign finance and operational processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and control
• Partner with senior stakeholders to shape future operating models and transformation roadmaps
• Support finance automation and digital transformation initiatives across the business
• Work closely with finance, operations, and systems teams to identify improvement opportunities
• Challenge existing ways of working and drive simplification across finance processes and controls
• Support the delivery of AI-enabled and technology-driven transformation initiatives
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder sessions, and process mapping activities
• Coach and support transformation analysts across a range of projects
• Drive continuous improvement and transformation best practice across the wider finance function

Why you’re a great fit

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
• Strong finance transformation, process improvement, or operational finance experience
• Background within finance, shared services, accounting, or operational finance environments
• Experience working across complex, multi-entity, or international businesses
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability
• Comfortable operating across finance, systems, and operational teams
• Experience redesigning end-to-end finance processes and controls
• Strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting automation, ERP, or digital transformation initiatives
