How you’ll make an impact

• Analyse financial data to support commercial and operational decision-making
• Produce accurate management information and financial reporting
• Deliver clear analysis through charts, dashboards, and visual reporting
• Support budgeting and forecasting activity across the finance team
• Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and provide insight
• Improve reporting processes and strengthen data accuracy
• Contribute to month-end activity and management accounts preparation
• Support wider FP&A activity and internal performance reporting
• Maintain strong attention to detail across financial analysis and reporting

Essential

• Strong Excel skills with confidence handling large volumes of data
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Financial awareness and understanding of commercial finance environments
• Confident communication skills with a proactive approach
• Willingness to ask questions, challenge where needed, and keep developing

Desirable

• Exposure to SQL, databases, or reporting tools
• Experience presenting financial data visually
• Studying towards, or interested in studying, AAT, ACCA, or CIMA
• Experience in a professional services environment
• Interest in emerging tools and technology, including AI-enabled tools
