FP&A Analyst
£55,000 to £70,000 + benefits | Central London | Hybrid
A brilliant opportunity to join a high growth, multi site retail business with a genuinely exciting brand, vibrant culture and finance team that sits right at the heart of the business.
This isn't an FP&A role where you'll spend your life buried in spreadsheets.
You'll get true 360 exposure across the business, combining the technical FP&A work with genuine commercial partnering across Sales and Operations. You'll be close to the decisions, working with senior stakeholders and helping turn data into insight that actually influences performance.
What you'll be doing
• Budgeting, forecasting and longer term planning across a complex multi site business
• Building and developing financial models to support commercial decisions
• Manipulating large data sets and turning them into clear, useful insight
• Analysing performance, identifying trends and understanding the story behind the numbers
• Business partnering closely with Sales, Operations and other non finance teams
• Supporting senior leadership with commercial analysis and decision making
• Helping continually improve the quality of FP&A, reporting and processes as the business grows
What we're looking for
You'll be a qualified or finalist ACCA or CIMA accountant who enjoys getting beyond the numbers and working with the wider business.
Multi site and multi entity experience is an absolute must. Retail, leisure, hospitality or another operationally complex multi site environment would translate particularly well.
You'll need strong Excel and modelling skills, confidence working with data and, importantly, the personality to build relationships and challenge stakeholders across the business.
Why it's worth a look
It's an awesome brand with a great culture and an ambitious finance team. Finance is highly visible across the organisation, so you'll get exposure that goes well beyond a traditional analyst position.
For someone looking to develop into a genuinely commercial finance professional, there's a lot to get stuck into.
