Client Accounts Manager

How You'll Make an Impact:

As a leader in the team, you will:

• Be the go-to point of contact for the resolution of client queries across topics such as Accounts, Personal and Corporate Tax and ad hoc Payroll queries.
• Managing a large and diverse portfolio of circa clients.
• Liaise with stakeholders of various seniorities and deliver a high-quality level of service.
• Attend annual meetings to discuss business progress and plans.
• Onboarding new clients.
• Provide clients with advice on both accounting and tax matters.
• Review accounts work prepared by junior team members.
• Review both corporate and personal tax work prepared by junior staff.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence and proven ability in a client facing role.
• Qualified in ACA/ ACCA or close to qualification.
• Good technical ability, able to spot and adjust errors to deliver high quality work to clients.
• Trustworthy and reliable, able to effectively manage their time and communicate with the team.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
