We are seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join this groundbreaking leadership team based in south Bristol. How you’ll make an impact

Working closely with the CEO and SLT in Bristol, your role as CFO will be to lead finance operations and support commercial and strategic decision making during an exciting growth journey to deliver their 5-year plan. You will play a key role in helping their mission become reality.  

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

  • Leadership: Guiding and mentoring a capable finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Growth: Playing a key role in our growth strategy, including site selection, due diligence for acquisitions, and financial modelling.
  • Operational Excellence: Enhancing cash flow management, ensuring efficient capital deployment, and producing detailed management information for quarterly valuation reporting.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engaging across Financial, Operational, Commercial, and Strategic duties to ensure all facets of the business are aligned with long-term goals.
  • Innovation and Impact: Spearheading ESG reporting and contributing to a purpose-driven culture that prioritises sustainability and community impact.
  • Technical Rigour: Readying the business for a smooth year end audit and ensuring month end processes and controls are fit for purpose

  • Flexible and Resilient: Comfortable in a rapidly changing environment, able to embrace challenges and drive solutions.

The package highlights are as follows:

  • £120,000 - £150,000 base salary
  • 1% equity
