Key responsibilities:

  • Managing and improving short- and long-term cashflow forecasting
  • Overseeing supplier payment runs and ensuring strong working capital discipline
  • Preparing and submitting information to key stakeholders and lenders
  • Delivering insightful analysis on cashflow, performance, and treasury metrics
  • Supporting senior finance with scenario planning and modelling
  • Partnering with operational teams to improve forecasting accuracy and efficiency
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements across finance operations

What we’re looking for

You’ll also bring:

  • Proven experience in a Finance or Treasury leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of cashflow management and forecasting
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Experience managing banking or funding facilities
  • High attention to detail and an organised, proactive approach

What you’ll get in return

A chance to join a respected organisation with flexibility, development, and recognition built into its culture.

Highlights include:

  • £60,000 - £70,000
  • Hybrid working 2 days a week
  • 40hr working week
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Wellbeing and recognition initiatives
  • Professional development and training support

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Manager looking to make an impact – bringing clarity, confidence, and control to a dynamic finance function.
