We’re supporting an international organisation to hire a Payroll Analyst for a fully remote role based in the UK. This Payroll Analyst position sits within a growing finance function and offers exposure to a complex, multi-jurisdictional payroll environment, with regular interaction across the UK and US.

How you’ll make an impact
- Analyse payroll data and trends including salaries, commissions and variable pay.
- Deliver payroll and commission insights to support key business decision making.
- Support end-to-end payroll processes across multiple jurisdictions.
- Act as a key contact for payroll queries, including US-based stakeholders.
- Deliver accurate payroll journals and postings to the general ledger.
- Support month-end close through reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Partner closely with HR on starters, leavers, changes and commission inputs.
- Investigate and resolve payroll issues with sound judgement and attention to detail
Why you’re a great fit
Essential
- Experience in a payroll-focused or payroll-heavy finance role
- Exposure to international payroll and payroll accounting
- Strong analytical skills with confidence explaining payroll data and outcomes
- Solid understanding of month-end processes and reconciliations
- Organised, proactive approach suited to fully remote working
Desirable
- Experience in a PE-backed or high-growth environment
- Exposure to US payroll or regular collaboration with US teams
- Understanding of intercompany or consolidation principles
